  Bought two watches from here. Sadly one hurt my wrist and pulled my arm hair out. I had accidentally ran over the 30 day return period by a few days. I went to return it and they refunded me with no fuss whatsoever.

  My partner bought me a Gucci watch for a special birthday last year. By the time I git the present in December the watch was not working. It had to be returned to the shop & sent away for the battery to be replaced. This meant I was without my new watch for over 2 weeks. I got it back beginning of January and by April it had stopped again. I called Ernest Jones (Braehead) only to be told, it was fine, just bring watch back (60 mile round trip) & we’ll send it away AGAIN as the battery lasts between 4 months & 24 months & its just your luck (very different to what is quoted on Gucci website) i was not happy with this reply/attitude so asked to speak to a Manager. Kyle called me back the following day & would not allow me to go through my complaint. He constantly interrupted me/spoke over the top of me & put the phone down on me twice. As a customer, I have never came across such bad service. It was shocking!! I will NEVER buy from ERNEST JONES again and would not recommend anyone to do so. The after sale customer service is disgusting!!!! I now need to wait till Monday to call Customer Service…

  Very poor experience. I went to buy 21-carat gold but was persuaded to purchase a different item claimed to be equivalent, which turned out not to be true. I clearly said before paying that I would return it if it wasn’t suitable, but when I came back, the return was refused. The service was also unprofessional. I do not recommend this store.
